Logistics isn’t just Kim Duke’s career — it’s the world she grew up in. A second-generation freight professional, Kim started working for her father in 1984 and learned the business from the ground up. She credits those early years with shaping her philosophy: do things the right way, treat people fairly, and always pick up the phone.
After helping sell the family company in 1998, Kim launched her own business in 2003. What began as a small operation has grown into F.A.S.T. Freight Air & Sea Transport and its sister brand, NOVO Express — two companies built on consistency, honesty, and human-led service.
Kim loves the fast pace of logistics. Every day brings a new challenge, and she thrives on finding solutions that keep freight moving and customers confident. Her leadership style is hands-on, decisive, and rooted in decades of real-world experience. In an industry racing toward automation, Kim remains committed to something simple and rare: genuine customer service backed by deep expertise.
